I just dont understand how the polling can be so high FOR the StinkMaster. That media kool aid has got to be some powerful stuff.

Then of course we have a party who has a noticeably distinct record for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory to contend with too. Now I understand a top Mitt Romney adviser, Harvard economist Greg Mankiw is advocating $2.00+/gal gas tax hike. Is there anybody from Harvard that is able to find his ass with both hands, with a map and a flashlight anymore?

We arguably have the worst and definitely the most dangerous CIC in US history. Is this why the GOP (elite) insists we must only enter the ring gagged and with one hand tied behind our backs? Can you imagine the damage these clowns (the GOP leadership today) would have wrought had they been around when we were trying to gain our independence? I mean... its bad enough the extreme left has all the levers of power, so why in the world does the GOP want to coddle them? They must be destroyed!

We dont need a variety pack of left... with another left here, and another left there. And then a diff left. And then a harder left, and then a softer left. On top of the leftist left, we now have rightist left. And on and on and on to the left we go! Where the hell is the opposition? The contrast? The opposite? The principled? The constitutionally representative right in leadership?

This is sickening. I dont trust these poll numbers as far as I can spit. The man/child king should not even approach anything like 50%. And he prob wouldnt if the GOP would just stop manipulating our side for their own personal benefit/power regardless of the consequences to the country. And there will be consequences. I am pissed. Oh well... /rant.

And then stop and consider where the so-called center is today.

If we had a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being socialism, today the 'center' is about a 9. We need to get some tough, really hard corps people in office and swing this country back to about a 4. We've got them in Congress, but there are too many RINO's, too many weaklings and too many afraid to rock the boat and do some cutting and slashing of government. Too many who think more about losing an election than bringing America back to where it should be.

In Arlington, VA I've seen a number of Obama 2012 bumper stickers. But this is a DC suburb, with a lot of upper-middle class, government employed blacks, who seem to be the only ones that I see with those stickers. As the campaign begins in earnest, I think that Obama's support outside of his base is going to erode. Remember that the more time that Obama spends in front of the public, the less people like him.

Took long enough but I suppose better late than never.

I detested O Blah Blah from day one with an emotion somewhere between that greasy, nasty dog S*** one steps in and that feeling one gets when reading of an enemy such as any of the current crop DimoRATs.

You are absolutely mad my friend.

You never defined what 1 is, but we are surely closer to there. No politicians anywhere in the US even dares to question Capitalism, there is no substantial criticism of US capitalism as a system at all in our public debate.

I don't even know where to begin on this one so let's take it one by one. Please give examples of how we are a socialist country.

I'm starting to wonder if you are just throwing these terms out with definitions you've made up yourself, or if by watching Fox News and listening to right-wing radio all day you really believe it. I watch right-wing media too, I know how often the term "socialist" is thrown around.

One is the United States as it was just prior to the War Between the States, primarily the dream of the Founders. Ten is the United States as dreamed of by the Progressive Left.

No politician questions capitalism?? It's being and has been questioned from the time the Magic Negro took office.
