Uh, show me a Republican who's better.

Besides, if the bailout was not done, then many people would have lost their jobs.

I think in terms of what creates and keeps jobs, not in terms of sticking it to the rich, to the liberals, or any dumb ideology. If giving money to the rich will keep jobs, then fine.

Flawless logic. But, on the Republican side Romney is the only pro-corporate-crony-capitalism candidate. So take your pick of the other three.

According to whom? The entities receiving the bailouts? Sure.

If that's how you think, then you should be pro-Santorum. Regardless of his evangelical ideological purity (which I happen to completely disagree with), if the only thing you care about is jobs, he has an incredibly sane and aggressive jobs plan that targets the middle class and industrial sectors.

Quaker/Friends are generally liberal. Here's a list of Quaker charities and businesses.

Universalists are generally liberal and pride themselves in the idea of helping our fellow man and not just leaving it to God so to speak. I guess they think that some religious people rely on God the way you all think Dems rely on the government. Anyway, some info about their charities.

    Episcopals are getting pretty liberal.

    Humanists are usually liberal.

*Most* (not all, but most) atheists I've met tend to be liberal. Atheist charities.

mOO asked you a question. Why don't you answer it before posting the entire contents of the internet?

    I like Romney. I hope I didn't just ruin his chances. :(

According to whom? The entities receiving the bailouts? Sure.
The banks were being threatened in the sense that they could shut down. if they shut down, then jobs are lost.

It's not the only thing I care about.

However, when it comes to the economy, I think I'm looking at two extremes.

Leftist: Darn the rich man! Darn him to heck! Darn him for being rich. Oh, and we'll pretend there are no shes. How dare they be rich. Even if a bailout would support jobs, let's not bail them out so we can stick it to the rich!

Righty: I am for 100% pure and uncontaminated capitalism. That means nothing like bailing out banks because the free market means they should be allowed to fall, even it does mean job loss.

Uh, no. They're both acting stupid and they're both two sides of the same coin.
