We have Moonshine, the pantropical spotted dolphin at Mote, who makes these noises. Since the other dolphin with him died in September, he's been gradually getting more and more vocal. The female, Harley, did all the talking before. Now he's chatting away, perhaps communicating with the trainers or visitors, or perhaps to the bottlenosed dolphins out in the bay.
