#1 Florida Woman Runs Over Herself

JACKSONVILLE, FLA—A Jacksonville woman was hospitalized Sunday afternoon after she ran over herself while she was allegedly trying to run over a sheriff’s officer.
Police had been called to the home of Mary B. Davis, 63, for a domestic dispute. When officers tried to place Davis and her husband under arrest, Davis became irate and attempted to leave in a van.
A Baker County deputy was standing in the open doorway on the driver’s side and had to jump out of the way when Davis put the vehicle in reverse. Davis backed the van into a riding lawnmower and then fell out the van, running over herself. The van then slammed into a sheriff’s patrol car.
Police said her injuries weren’t life threatening.
Sheer genius.

I'm getting tired of all these stories from Florida.

Absolutely the most amusing State in the Union. Exceptional.:p
At Coretta Scott King's funeral in early 2006, Ethel Kennedy, the widow of Robert Kennedy, leaned over to him and whispered, "The torch is being passed to you." "A chill went up my spine," Obama told an aide. (Newsweek)

Well, her escape attempt sure fell flat.
