No, that was my first reaction when I found out that Hillary Rosen was a lesbian. Apparently, she thinks that being married and raising children isn't work, or at least not as valuable as advising Obama on how to get reelected.

I'm seriously curious about our cultural perceptions. Knowing nothing else about this woman, merely seeing that photo my first classification would be "white trash". Do you guys really see something different there?

I know that she's a conservative Republican who isn't ashamed of being attractive to men. I also see the Democrats ganging up on women who choose traditional arrangements, such as marriage to a man, children and then work, if they choose. It's the same mindset that allows them to pile on to Sarah Palin and her children, Michelle Malkin, Laura Ingraham and a host of others whose only reason for running afoul of the misogynist left is that they have values.
