    Sunday 4/22/2012 - 4:15 pm - Ham & Swiss on rye with spicy mustard, sliced garlic dill pickle, and lettuce.
    When the delegates emerged from the Constitutional Convention in 1787, a Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got?” Franklin replied, “A republic, madam, if you can keep it.”

    Sunday 4/22/2012 - 5:30 pm Sounds good. Boars Head London broil sliced beef on small wheat roll with horseradish sauce. I didn't have any lettuce, but goofed and should have used tomato slices, was just too lazy.

    Sun 10:45 homemade corned beef hash will try 2-3 reps with hamburger and Swiss on potato roll at 7:45.

    Don't wear yourself out with too many reps. Those sammiches can get heavy.
