No, that's the simplistic and wrong way to view it. But, of course, I know who you're going to blame, don't I?

Obviously, we should close all of our embassies, build a wall around CONUS, conquer the west coast of Canada in order to provide a land route to Alaska, extend the wall north and build an underwater tunnel to Hawaii. Then, no one could get to us. Right, Gator?

Isolation is the answer. Bring all our troops from around the world home, close all our embassies, tell NATO countries you are on your own, legislation that states unless we are attacked, we will never send troops outside of the US again. After we do all those things, the terrorist will not try another 9/11 and there will be peace everywhere. The rulers in these M.E. countries will love us; Obama can sit down and have a chat with all the terrorist leaders. Everything will be peaches and cream and the world will be filled with milk and honey.

The one good thing that might come out of that is that Obama wouldn't have anything to talk about with the terrorists, since he'd have cut us off from the rest of the world. In fact, until the Caliphate had taken control of Mexico and Canada, we'd hardly know that they were there at all.
