I've never worked in the welfare benefits system.

I work in child welfare, as a foster care worker. I work to either help parents get their kids back or to make sure they never get them back, depending on the circumstances. I also end up dealing with a lot of teenagers that no one wants. I don't work for Carl Levin or Debbie Stabenow, the name on my paychecks is Rick Snyder (R).
