Now, if you must know, I have just finished the pre-preparations of making up a tray of canapes (consisting of mini-bite-size-sandwiches) to take to a boating and BBQ party tomorrow. Can't complete them ahead of time, because they won't keep.

Mr. ABC and his "Auntie" from England, have finally retired for the night ... and I am able to relax ... put my feet up, check in here, and enjoy a glass of much needed !!!! brandy with my decaf coffee.

Auntie is a sweetie, but can ... AND DOES ... talk the hind leg off a donkey!

I swear, it poops me out just listening to her!

Oh my!

They really are tiny little round ones ... 4 of them are not even equal to a whole sandwich.

Am making 2 different kinds. Egg salad on white, & salmon on wheat, trimmed with sliced olives ... and a small bowls of cherry tomatoes and tiny gherkins in the center of each tray.

Just let me know which you prefer, and will throw in some extra parsley tray trims especially for you! ...
