Right there, 4 things that count for being quite a conservative in a city like Chicago.
Dave Bing took similar measures in Detroit. He's a democrat. It's what mayors of big cities are having to do to make ends meet.
Cheer up-at least Chicago still has cops to deal with protestors and criminals. In Detroit, the precincts close at 4:30 and only the downtown headquarters/911 are open.
That particular stuff does appear to be for home brewing, and you'd have to distill any alcohol it produced to get it to a concentration that'd burn. Which isn't to say that pic is all the evidence against them, either, or that they can't be both radical nutters and home brewers.
