    I will be taking the sergeants test in the morning. My 2nd try. I scored pretty well the last time but because of the competition and my lack of seniority, I ended up 576 in the state which means no shot in hell(getting jammed up pretty much killed my chances). So, this is try #2. I'm as prepared as I'm going to get but I didn't read the required text book all that closely but the rest(our administrative code, reading comprehension). I'll let you all know how I think I did tomorrow night.

    Gah. Did my best. The questions on our policies and the sections on reading comprehension and report writing I did well on. Where it got me was when it came to the book I was supposed to read. Won't find out my real score for about 12 weeks. Most likely September.

    I'm not even sure if I'd take the promotion if it's presented to me. Another $25-$50 per pay really isn't worth all the BS that comes with it.
