I doubt it. That would take real courage and a real Conservative nature. I believe Romney is a political cameleon with no real principles. He will save his hide at any cost and play conservative enough to maintain his status in the GOP. He won't go near anything taking a firm stance with political risk.

I expect him to make a little noise to appease conservatives, yet not enough to rile the liberturds from the left. Still, he is better than the present POC In Chief.
