#1 A real bouncy-type story that just happened05-30-2012, 12:52 PM
I was at the Chinese restaurant around the corner, picking up take out for me and a coworker. I've been going to this place for over a decade, because the food is good and the people who own it are really nice. There aren't many places left where I can get lunch for under $5, and this is one of them.
Anyway, they were packed today. The woman in front of me in line was having some kind of language issue with the lady working the register. She turned to the waiting customers and said, loudly, "They need to learn to speaka de English". I said to her, "Well, it is a Chinese restaurant". She had nothing else to say.
What makes this not a bouncy (other than the fact that it really happened) is that the woman who made the insulting comment was black. No white DUmmie would ever talk back to a black woman, especially a tall woman wearing a Detroit Medical Center employee id.

Couldn't you have leapt out of the bushes at her, or something?

I hope the other customers broke out in spontaneous applause.

Not a bouncy because you didn't begin the story with "So,".The Obama Administration: Deny. Deflect. Blame.

"Our president delivered his State of the Union message to Congress. That is one of the things his contract calls for -- to tell congress the condition of the country. This message, as I say, is to Congress. The rest of the people know the condition of the country, for they live in it, but Congress has no idea what is going on in America, so the president has to tell 'em." ~ Will Rogers

Do not ever say that the desire to "do good" by force is a good motive. Neither power-lust nor stupidity are good motives. (Are you listening Barry)?
