The Articles of Confederation: Could it have been worked out?

Could the flaws which plagued the Articles of Confederation have been fixed, say through revisement, without totally tossing out the document? Like a revised Articles of Confederation that would've been somewhere between the Articles, and the original Constitution?

That is an interesting question, but I would have to do some serious reading of the Articles of Confederacy and all the critiques before I could really form any kind of opinion. High school history class was a long time ago, and I had to delete a lot of information from my brain in order to make room for Child Welfare Policies.

The 10th Amendment does just that. The problem isn't the Constitution, the problem is that the Constitution is being ignored.
