Supreme Court protects Secret Service agents guarding Cheney

This is a good decision, no matter how much we detest their policies we must respect the office of POTUS and VP - and the secret service has to be able to do their job.

But I'm somewhat frustrated, since it was an anonymous decision, I can't tell the activist judges from the good guys. When they have the usual 4-5 split, some pundit will tell me who's who. But when they all agree... it seems un-American.

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday that Secret Service agents are shielded from a lawsuit brought by a man who said his free speech rights were violated when he was arrested after confronting then-Vice President Dick Cheney.

The court took a narrow path in finding for agents Virgil D. “Gus” Reichle Jr. and Dan Doyle. Although the government wanted broad protection for Secret Service agents who are protecting the nation’s leaders, the court ruled only that the two men could not be sued because the state of the law was unclear when Steven Howards was arrested in 2006 at a Colorado shopping center.
Around the Veep and POTUS, let your opinions fly but keep your hands to yourself--lesson learned.

Supreme Court Anonymous... sounds like a 12 step program.

Twelve steps multiplied by nine justices? That's 108 steps!
