We're selling cows, feeding hay, and hauling water here, too.

Last year was great for moisture. This year not. We deal, but grumble when we have to sell good pairs.

This is the second dry year in a row, I haven't given up, it's still early in the year and the weather patterns could change.

Looks here like we'll get one cutting of hay around the last of this month, but that won't be enough for the entire winter. We've had a few rains here, but overall we are far behind the average for this area. If it stays this way, the corn won't make much.......

Our first cutting was good our wheat was a bumper crop and the corn may make it in before it has too much damage, honestly things could be much worse.

Same here.....over 100 for the past five days, and in the high nineties otherwise.

Had a brief threat of rain late last night, just amounted to enough to settle the dust for a few hours.

Sorry guys, just can't resist posting this! I just love this song, and still do my exercises to it!

Is old song from 1987. If you haven't heard it before, hope it makes you smile!

Am watching the heat index for you guys. We up in the mountains of North Georgia are heating up as well ... "I'm hot, you're hot, he's hot, she's hot!" but we are nowhere near suffering as much as you are!

We have a few clouds, they are loading up with the last of our moisture and will probably take it to Florida.
