It was 105 degrees in Virginia this week, and humid, but that was nothing. I have a fond memory of sitting outside our JOC in Iraq and talking to a couple of other officers about how nice it was that the weather had cooled down to 105 degrees. The week before, it had been 130.

However the heat is still getting worse, this summer being record-breaking (and last year also)
