Yeah the dem/liberal million/billionaires talk about it, but it's not clear if they have their own personal charities or if they give to charity in any meaningful way. What kind of dunce would give millions to Obama who wants to turn around and raise your taxes? And as is often pointed out, at no time would the IRS refuse a check written that was above and beyond someone's owed taxes.
