Did I hear Obama and Napolitano correctly that they believe that there are illegal aliens serving in our armed forces? Am I correct that this is highly unlikely if not impossible?

Illegals? No. There are non-citizens who are legal residents who serve, legally, and who become citizens prior to the end of their first enlistment. In fact, we expedite the process for them. But illegals cannot join, and if one were to join, he'd have to hide his status, which would be a fraudulent enlistment, and grounds for separation.
