    From a "Naturalized" one time Texan. Lived a short time in Houston, and over 7 years in Plano, Tx.

    Speaking of "brisket" ... guess what hubby cooked up for dinner last night? Ten hours in the Green Egg thingy. Was delicious! Want some left-overs? ...

    Welcome to another flyover country person. I'm a native St Louisan, good ole flyover country, but live in Sarasota now. Glad to have you aboard. (And I did live in God's country for 7 years in San Antonio, Tx---loved it).
