Clearly, the whole suggestion is a joke. Unsurprisingly, liberals don't get it. All they hear is "He wants to force atheists to go to church!!! The Christo-fascist cad!!!" These people don't have the mental capacity to understand such a simple joke.

On Monday's show, starting at the 46 minute mark, Fischer made it very, very clear that he was joking about taxing atheists. Bet that clip doesn't make DU or any of these blogs and websites that slammed him.
