got a contract to sell the farm (home) last week. it was on the market exactly 2 weeks. course I had to drop the price way down. but you have to these days. less you wanna sit on for years. we'll get some equity but not much. we gotta be out by Aug 27. so we're in that throw all the shit away mode. and we're gonna do it in this god awful heat.
we found a town home for rent. 1 level no stairs. and they do all the maintenance. so no more mortgage's for us. glad to be rid of it. Im getting to old now and can't take care of this one.
so ill be off during the move. probably back on end of the mon.
