The CostCo in Las Vegas is always busy. I have seen a few "sample wars."
I don't have a membership. I leach off a couple that have two of the special credit cards. I just put my stuff in a cart, they pay for it, and I pay them when we leave. I am such a scammer like that. I only shop there about twice a year and my friends have a business membership.
I think in the past year I spent $300 there and $150 of it was on my coffee brewer.
Hot tip for you Target shoppers:
There you go.Food, furniture, and electronics generally don't drop by more than 15 percent, some savvy shoppers point out, but holiday items may end up 90 percent off at the end of the season. The key is to check if the price ends in a "4."
"If the price on the sticker ends in an '8,' it will be marked down again," says Kelly at FaithfulProvisions.com. "If it ends in a '4,' that's the lowest it will be. So if you see a price ending in a '4' at 50 percent off, you might want to grab it now, because it's not going to get any cheaper."
