This is actually a pretty good story. The agent bought a home in 2007 - perfect timing; the market went south in late '07 - and her husband's business went belly up in 09. Enter Bank of America, all the other familiar players, a couple who thought they were on top of the world, and ....well, you have a story..
Lots of lessons to be learned......
