Affirmative, it stopped raining late morning, but it's still muggy and humid today. I think I'll go take a nap in a few...Errands will wait till tomorrow.

Miami-Dade schools are closed, nothing for Broward and Palm Beach yet.

I'm sure schools on the West coast will be closing. The storm is weakening and people are still freaking out.

Can't believe the Ringling School here will close Sunday through Tuesday. The kids in the dorm were told they had to vacate. Can't believe they did that to kids from out of state. Someone who posts here and at the Cave has her daughter there. We're the alternate place to stay if the friend of a friend doesn't come through.

The weather guys keep saying it's gonna intensify and it does look like an eyewall
is forming but all the convection is in the northern central quad. Parts of Cuba are
in the clear with zippo happening. Meh...we'll see.
