Last report I read stated there are over 450 million android devices sold so far this year....

So ummm yeah they did. The galaxy s3 sold 10 million in less time than apple.
So their stock want up...so what. Microsoft was at the top once before and that fell....apple is turning into the next Microsoft with these lawsuits....

Bottom line is every phone purchase Apple or otherwise will have an added cost to support a bunch of parasitic attorneys.

That's because you don't need one when you buy a newer Android or Windows phone because the companies that make them don't change the plug to force you to do so.

It took Samsung 2 months to sell 10 million Galaxy S3's. It took apple 48 hours to sell 5 million iPhone 5's. I would say that iPhone sold faster.
