Awwwww...
My youngest started preschool last year. It happens so fast, doesn't it?
Man...what'd you get her such a small backpack for??? What a gyp!!!!!![]()

My youngest hasn't been up to par on his verbal language development (both expressive and receptive), so we started him out with some classes last year when he was still only 2 (though he turned 3 in November). Despite his young age, he was awesome about going. He loves school buses and never cried. After school was over for the year, he was a little disappointed, but then we got him involved in a three-week class this summer. The morning the bus came to pick him up for that, he zoomed right out to it with me in tow and he didn't so much as say "bye." (And yes, the classes are helping a lot.)
I was expecting a battle...but she went in like a little trooper and just said "bye mommy, see you later" lol
The teacher did say she cried a bit after I actually left, but nothing too bad. The second day, she was a champ and didn't cry at all.
I think she is just ready to be around kids her own age.
