Roast chicken, tater salad, new potatoes, super sweet corn, homemade bread. The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

I've been enjoying some Midwest favorites while on a long 10 day vacation in Illinois & Iowa.
I am not sure what I will have for dinner tonight.
We had some rain and I woke up and a neighbor was mowing wet grass. My allergies were going crazy, I started sneezing and now my neck is killing me. I'm feeling kinda lazy after the allergy and pain medication.
A Midwest style pizza sounds good...they are much better then the ones in the Las Vegas area.
Last night I had an awesome Italian Beef sandwhich. I have not been able to find one like that in Nevada.
I need to go kick that old man's ass for mowing his grass!
It's been a while since I have seen 96% humidity also....it feels like someone put a wet blanket on my back when I walk outside.

I've had a busy weekend. I bought a car yesterday (I'll post pics soon) so ate at our local Italian joint for dinner since buying a car TAKES FOREVER.
Today I ate a chicken salad croissant from Target and took the new car around for errands.
Tomorrow, the cleaning boy will be here in the morning and then my brother and his family will be here for a late lunch. I don't have a menu yet, I will pop on over to Publix while Fabiano does his thing and will see what looks good to throw on the grill.
