Do you make your own dough or is that refrigerated dough picked up at the market? Not that I'm judging,I usually pick up the supermarket dough. It's not quite the same as they don't knead it enough so it's hard to keep it's shape and keep it from bouncing back. Olive oil usually fixes that problem.
We make the dough, I use a little whole wheat and amaranth in it and lightly dust the pan with corn meal.
