Sounds better than mine---a couple pieces of turkey lunch meat and a couple slices of cheese, dipped in hummus. We went out to lunch with neighbors at a little tiki hut thing by the water, so no need for a big dinner. SR didn't want that. He's eating his piece of pie from a local Amish place.

I have pecan pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert, life is good.

I made chicken parmesean last night. I made my own tomato sauce for it, and breaded the chicken with bread crumbs. It was good, but I put a lot of garlic in my tomato sauce. Not everyone would like it.
