He and the energy policies of the Democrats have forced the high price of corn feeds because of the diversion of half of the corn crop for making ethanol, that coupled with the drought this year has forced the sale of much of the pork production early, there will be plenty this year but shortages next year are guaranteed.Let's blame Obama. The corn crop here certainly was abysmal. It was so bad they were cutting in early august, something I've never seen them do.

My wife tried to feed me turkey bacon.
But I caught her. I haven't decided what to do. She's the only one that can cook.

About 15 years ago, I was asked to bring bacon to a work breakfast gathering. My coworkers at the time all had had heart attacks or strokes, and my supervisor had a pacemaker. This was before I taught myself to make spinach pie-that's what everyone requests now, and it probably has just as much fat as a few pieces of bacon (3 sticks of butter makes everything taste better).
I brought turkey bacon, and the only one who was happy was the woman who doesn't eat red meat, but will eat poultry and fish. I just told them that I wouldn't be able to live with myself if one of them had another heart attack after eating bacon.
It tasted all right, but I will admit it was not as good as real bacon.
