I just ended a 30 year relationship with State Farm Insurance today
Made the move to Allstate because State Farm refuses to stop being a major supporter of ALEC. There is not a single other major life and casualty company that backs ALEC--not Allstate, Farmers, GEICO, Progressive..all are absent from the list.
I've written two letters to my agent, and got one boilerplate response and one ignore. That was it.
And I'm sure they are going to miss you.......god what an asswipe...Lets just paint some happy clouds over at the sunshine and lollipop land

What the fuck is ALEC??? If a DUmbass doesn't like it, it must be a good thing.Solve a man's problem with violence and help him for a day. Teach a man how to solve his problems with violence, help him for a lifetime - Belkar Bitterleaf

I've had State Farm forever, it seems. They have the best combination of price and quality that I've found.

If I weren't with USAA, I'd consider State Farm, which my folks had for decades. USAA has the best service and rates, plus, they have superb customer service. I was surprised to find that they aren't listed as an ALEC supporter, but the lists that I saw were from leftist groups that are seeking to boycott the companies, so they may not have been accurate. http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php...C_Corporations
Of course, State Farm has the distinction of having gotten rid of one DUmmie as a customer, and getting rid of a nuisance like that probably justifies the membership fees.--Odysseus

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!
