He's falling behind. By that date in his first administration, George W. Bush had done 161 of them. Here's a list of all of them, from John Quincy Adams (1826) to today.

I don't know where you get that bizarre number, Rock. The site you cite doesn't have any reason for that number that I can see. The number in the original post is correct; EOs number consecutively, and the orders from the current administration are numbered from #13489 to #13628. Please tell me how the "tea party" site comes up with the number "923". The Bush number I also gave is correct. Please tell me how it could only be 62 in eight years. I'll bet you can't.
