Major Google Chrome vulnerability uncovered by hacker at Pwnium contest

been using it since 2000.
I found some bogus looking/sounding ads so I blocked them.

Firefox with noscript disables all javascripts, which are what the ad plugins use to switch between ads (adclick or whatever runs a script that searches through your history and puts up ads based on that), it also blocks video clips that start playing randomly in one of my 10-20 tabs I have openedAlso, I use prevx, if it detects something malicious it cuts the internet connection until I block or allow it, helps from getting those pesky *click here* alert()'s ....
hehe, I incorporated what I learned from javascripting with the alert() method reference :P
I'd still be using Win98 if I could. Someday I'll be forced out of Win7, but until then it's Win7/Firefox and regular backups and tuneups.
All adware is malware, how else can you pay the bills?
If the site can't support itself through contributions we have to run ads, they would be gone tomorrow if our contributions supported us.
Don't be afraid to hit the DONATE BUTTON.
It won't bite you...much.![]()
