Wanted a dessert tonite and had all the stuff for a cheese cake, after looking at a bunch of recipes I realized that I would make it today but can't eat it till tomorrow after it chills out! Bummer, but I was commited. I'm a little fuzzy on the ingredients because I combined alot of different recipes, so this is what I did.
Store bought graham cracker pie crust
1 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 TBSP flour
2 8 oz packs of creme cheese
Put all of the above in a blender untill smooth, pour into pie crust. Into a 325 oven for 1 hour, shut oven leave door open for 30 minutes and take out.
I gotta say this booger rose like 5 inches over the top of the crust!! But then it shrunk. I will let you know how it tastes tomorrow!
