Apparently, no, but it is racist to vote for someone because he is white. I don't exactly understand the logic of it, but my liberal friends tell me that this is so, and they are all honorable men and women, which they also tell me.

Powell is a moderate or liberal-he's pro-choice and pro-affirmative action.
