    I have tried several of these and this one works the best.
    Bluetooth Remote PC by Rozky, it is free and also works through WiFi, I use Bluetooth.

    I've been playing with this program using a 7" Dell tablet and it makes a great large touch-pad mouse and keyboard.

    Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
    Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
    Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
    21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
    And clever in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20-21 NASB

    I took Mom to play with iPads yesterday. Her manual dexterity is declining a bit, and she spends a lot of time making corrections when typing because she lags on keys and ends up with MMMMMMultipl letters and stuff. Truth is, a new computer would have voice input, but the tablet has appeal because she can use it in her chaise lounge. I think we each might need to get one for Christmas.

    They won't replace a computer but they complement them nicely, you will have to get over your fear of downloading apps or you won't be able to use it.
