I have tried several of these and this one works the best.
Bluetooth Remote PC by Rozky, it is free and also works through WiFi, I use Bluetooth.
I've been playing with this program using a 7" Dell tablet and it makes a great large touch-pad mouse and keyboard.

They won't replace a computer but they complement them nicely, you will have to get over your fear of downloading apps or you won't be able to use it.The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.
