Thought this was interesting:
Top Ten Electoral College victories:
1) George Washington (Election of 1789): 100% of the Electoral College
2) James Monroe (Election of 1820): 99.57% of the Electoral College
3) Franklin D. Roosevelt (Election of 1936): 98.49% of the Electoral College
4) Ronald Reagan (Election of 1984): 97.58% of the Electoral College
5) Richard M. Nixon (Election of 1972): 96.65% of the Electoral College
6) Thomas Jefferson (Election of 1804): 92.05% of the Electoral College
7) George Washington (Election of 1792): 100% of the Electoral College
8) Abraham Lincoln (Election of 1864): 90.99% of the Electoral College
9) Ronald Reagan (Election of 1984): 90.89% of the Electoral College
10) Lyndon B. Johnson (Election of 1964): 90.33% of the Electoral College
Just found it interesting. Those are the only candidates to have ever crossed the 90% margin in the electoral college.
