Solve a man's problem with violence and help him for a day. Teach a man how to solve his problems with violence, help him for a lifetime - Belkar Bitterleaf

Actually, I like it because it's a lot closer to what actual car chases are like. It's not howling tires and people making lots of turns in center-city grids. It's moaning engines as people accelerate as hard as they can. It's people getting going as fast as they can on a freeway or other such straight line so that they can lose the person chasing them. It's not people hanging off a running board emptying the magazine of an Uzi; it's the occasional random pot-shot in hopes of either hitting a driver or disabling the car. And, like most car chases, this one ends with the chased getting away. Seldom do car chases actually end up with someone catching the chased car unless that car gets disabled somehow. That's why cops put so much money and effort into actually stopping cars they are chasing these days with stuff like spike strips and those little rocket-powered doohickeys that blow a hole in the oil pan and such.
Olde-style, states' rights conservative. Ask if this concept confuses you.

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
And clever in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20-21 NASB

Thanks!
Is where I always check for old *real* classics ... "Turner Classic Movies"
I just love old movies! Far better plots, far less un-needed sex and foul language ... and I get a kick out of the old cars, clothing, and even the interior decorating and furnishings.
Also love to watch old Humphrey Bogart & Lauren Bacall ... Spencer Tracy & Katherine Hepburn movies.

King Kong (the original) WOR in NYC used to play the original King Kong, Son of Kong and Mighty Joe Young every Thanksgiving. To me, it isn't Thanksgiving without giant apes and turkey.--Odysseus

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!
