Made my first Pizza tonite! Not from scratch tho, I used a pre made artisan pizza crust.


I wanted a fresh Margherita Pizza, not too many ingredients and so fresh tasting!
Brush pizza with olive oil
Place sliced fresh ripe tomatos around crust
Place sliced fresh mozzerella on the maters
Rip fresh basil by hand all aound
Drizzle a little evoo all around
S&P
Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes or until cheese gets bubbly.
