Now that my kids are all growed up they do the holidays. I am relagated to a side dish!
Si I got mushrooms. 7 lbs of them!

I do 1 lb at a time so for each batch:
1 lb mushrooms, if large 1/4ered(thats a word) if not just halved.
1TBSP minced garlic
1/2 TBSP Parsley
Lemon juice to deglaze (I did not have white wine or I woulda used that)

On med high heat put Evoo in pan when shimmering dump shrooms in and sautee for a few minutes till getting brown and start squeaking!
Turn heat to med low and add S&P and cook for 5-6 minutes so they release all thier liquid.
Add garlic and cook 2 mins more.
Turn heat to med high and boil off all juices, shrooms should be getting golden brown.
Add some lemin juice or wine if you have it and deglaze pan.
Off heat add parsley and stir. Bam you got 1 lb done, repeat 6 more times!
