Where do you buy Advantage?

I have been getting it from Petshed.com but it's getting expensive and now they put an "international purchase surcharge" on my Visa bill as the company is in Australia.

Budgetpetcare.com seems to have a really good price ($24 less on 12 month supply and free shipping) but there are some bad reviews of the company easily found online.

We're getting the generic of it now that the patent expired. We get it at Costco for a fraction of the price.
