Tempe police Sgt. Steve Carbajal says the prank caused a woman in one car to stop in the road Monday night. Another car smashed into it from behind. ...

If it causes property damage or injury, I'm not sure it's still in "prank" territory.

Since it specifies "fraternity" up front, we can't play my favorite game of "name the sex of those who did this", but I bet we would have gotten it right.

Lisa Castillo wasn't able to react in time. She crashed into the vehicle in front of her, and said her car was totaled.

Her daughter, Ari, 6, wasn't wearing her seat belt in the back seat. As a result, she flew forward and got her head lodged in between her mother's seat and the side of the car.

"I was pretty scared," said Ari. "I was shaking. I was shaking the whole way home."

"I was terrified," said Castillo, who said the air bags went off.

Castillo suffered cuts and bruises on her arms, and she said she now has an Oldsmobile symbol imprinted on her arm from the impact.

    Ari suffered a bruised eye.

Tempe police wrote Castillo a ticket for failing to travel at an adequate rate of speed that would've allowed her to stop in time and avoid the accident.

That Oldsmobile symbol should be "impacted" on these boys' foreheads.
