The duck is in the oven and there is a fire burning in the fireplace. I fed the critters extra feed this morning and put the horses jacket on him, we are ready as we will be for the snow, there is a slow sleet now.
I hope Santa got back to the North Pole okay and got the deer put up.

Well, the pile of torn gift wrappings is now bagged, the girls have their presents and Mrs. O is preparing the roast beast. Also, we had a few snow flurries yesterday, so none today, which means that we had a white DONSA.

We cooked up a pot of deer and rice for the dogs, the horse got steam cleaned rolled oats (that's like prime rib if you're a horse) and the goats got race horse pellets(that's for special occasions only) and then I cut up some raw sweet potatoes for everybody with hooves.
