I didn't think that they would cook the books this blatantly, but the FBI site's table for arrests by race only breaks it down to five categories:

Note that Hispanic isn't listed. However, in the Hate Crimes stats, which uses the same categories for offenders, the victim/incident categories are:

So, crimes committed by Hispanics are not listed, but crimes committed against Hispanics are, so your example of a Hispanic man assaulting his equally Hispanic wife would show a white assailant and possibly Hispanic victim, if they decided to characterize it as a hate crime.

Michael Moore doesn't have an original idea anywhere in his ample supply of girth. He simply parrots and repackages the catechism of shallow lefty talking points that have been around since Robert Byrd stopped taking his white sheets to the cleaners. Day by day he's morphing more and more into the spitting image of the father character on "Family Guy". I remember seeing an article in USAToday from 2009 or 10 that said that 95% of all violent crime against blacks is by other blacks. However, 91% of violent crime against whites is by other whites. That means there is a greater % of violent crime against whites by non-whites than there is violent crime against blacks by non-blacks and by saying non-blacks doesn't necessarily mean whites.

I learned in Sociology class years ago that murder is usually a crime of passion, meaning they have a relationship of some sort. These random serial killings is not the norm.

With us being the voluntarily segregated country that we are, I think it makes sense that people who get murdered are usually murdered by their own race.

I figure it like this. If whites are that racist and that dangerous, then black people need a gun. Therefore, the racism argument falls mute.
