Farmer 'who shot neighbor and wife' faces THIRD murder trial after after court throws out previous conviction

A farmer who is accused of shooting his neighbors over a business dispute will face trial for a third time in the case after the Missouri Supreme Court threw out his previous conviction.

Mark Woodworth is accused of killing Catherine Robertson and wounding her husband Lyndel as they slept in their rural home near Chillicothe, Missouri, in 1990.

Woodworth first was convicted in 1995 and, after briefly being released on appeal, was convicted by a second jury four years later.

This is a bit confusing I thought upon reading the title that this was a different country but apparently it is Missouri, I didn't know they could continue to try you for the same crime until they finally got a conviction.
