    I read through their blog and application form. It appears to be either a niave concept, or a simple scam driven by only the current political conditions.

    If real, where was it when Reagan was President?

    Sounds interesting IF you want to live out there.

    But I suspect THIS Citadel may have issues with the use of their name...they've been using it FAR longer!
