    If this lead holds up, McCain?Pallin will win in a landslide. Looks like to me that the National total percentage is way off cause Independents make up around 25% of the total electorate. McCain should be up by 10% or more if Independents favor him by such a wide margin.

    Because the pollsters are not interviewing independants and twice as many dems than republicans?

    how do you figure he's losing? The election has not happened yet. All you have are polls not actualities.

    Because the polls are usually pretty accurate to a certain point, and if you see Obama winning a substantial amount of them in key states you get the impression he might win the state.

    And I'm curious as to the tune you sang when McCain was ahead a few weeks ago?
