Today is the most depressing day of the year.
Lauren Mennen, For Philly.com/Health
Feeling like you’re having an extra bad case of the Mondays and are not sure why? It’s probably because today is the most miserable day of the year, according to researchers.
Based on a theory done by UK psychologist Cliff Arnall, the third Monday in January, dubbed "Blue Monday," is when people are feeling most down. The lack of holidays coming up, failed New Year’s resolutions, and the increasing colder temperatures outside have lead people to lose motivation and feel depressed, the study suggests.
We all know it has nothing to do with the lack of holidays or the temperature.

I know it's not the temps. It's nice here. It's been very quiet in our house----can't stand listening to the MSM slobbering over the O's. I didn't listen to the speech, knew it would be the pile of cr__ it apparently was. My only high point of the day was listening to Ben Stein on Fox saying what he really thought----and Greg Gutfeld expressing his opinions on the 5.
My rage over the people who stayed home because they didn't want to vote for a Mormon or wanted to teach "a lesson" to the Republicans is boiling over. Our country is going down the toilet.
Think I might even take one of those stupid muscle relaxers tonight that the doc prescribed a couple weeks ago when I had that darned virus and a very stiff, sore neck. I don't drink, so maybe it will calm me down.

I feel great. BHO has nothing to do with it.
If you want to throw a party or get somebody a present, do so. You don't need an excuse.
If you've messed up your new years resolution, get back on the horse.
If you're sincerely depressed about the President, seek help. Only if you're sincerely depressed. Otherwise, go have some fun.

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
And clever in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20-21 NASB
